Your role

Your role :

You will be commissioned to our customers for the implementation of our solutions.

In direct contact with project departments, your objective will be to analyze and understand the context and challenges of projects and to converge operational needs with Kairnial solutions.

Over the duration of the project or contract, you will create a privileged relationship with our customers and you will ensure the quality of service and the continuous optimization of best practices.

Your missions

Your missions :

As a Customer Success Manager, your missions are as follows :

  • Analyze projects and understand the expectations of our customers
  • Set up an action plan for deployment and training by following customer service processes
  • Collect the information necessary for the configuration of our tools by following the processes of customer service
  • Transfer the information necessary for the configuration to the Production Service (you may have to make some settings yourself)
  • Before deployment to the customer, verification of the parameterized project
  • Maintain a relationship of excellence with our customers
  • Know how to communicate with the various departments of the company, such as the Sales Department, the Support Department
  • Know how to manage our customer procedures via Salesforce
  • You may be required to technically support sales representatives during pre-sales meetings

Customer relationship :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
  • Put all the means of the company for the benefit of the customer
  • Educate our customers about new features or add-ons
  • Escalate customer requests to Support, track their progress and keep them informed
  • Have an understanding of construction and industry processes in order to provide advice on best practices

Profile

Profil/Qualifications :

You have a certain experience in the accompaniment of major customer accounts within a company specialized in the field of construction, real estate or construction.

Listening, your ability to analyze, team spirit and the ability to manage several accounts at once are your main qualities.

You have real writing skills and great oral fluency in both English and French. You like to solve problems within the allotted time.
