Newswires reports on the acquisition of Kairnial Group, the French leader in digital solutions for the construction sector, by Thinkproject, the European leader in SaaS solutions for construction and engineering projects.

The objective ? To combine offerings to provide a state-of-the-art Common Data Environment (CDE), document collaboration, mobile BIM and field management capabilities for construction across Europe.
