Kairnial Group is proud to announce the full integration of Resolving, renamed Kairnial, into the group. With Intrasec, publisher of a technical data management solution for the operation of industrial sites and buildings, and Kalidoc, provider of experts resources in document and data management, Kairnial Group becomes the French leader in the digital transformation of construction and industry players.
The management-owned software publishing group, supported by the Gorgé family, anticipates a turnover of €15M in 2021. It now aims to offer its clients – players in the construction and industrial sectors – total control of their data throughout the assets life cycle.
Kairnial: technology at the heart of the brand
Through this new brand name, "Kairnial", the group wishes to federate the sum of human skills made available to its clients, the complementarity of software layers deployed, and the artificial intelligence used to allow optimal management of an asset, regardless of what step in its life cycle it is. The brand is particularly focused on data intelligence with this new logo and these new colours symbolizing the very high technological added value delivered to its customers.

Since 2003, Kairnial (formerly Resolving) has excelled in providing an internet and mobile collaborative platform dedicated to the construction, infrastructure, energy and industrial sectors. It allows owners, project managers, main contractors and specialists (such as the VINCI Group, Bouygues Group, Rabot Dutilleul, Spie batignolles Group, Léon Grosse Group, Entreprise GA, ADP Group, Icade, Nexity, EQUANS, SUEZ Group), to manage their projects during the design, construction, operations and deconstruction (via BatiRIM, its joint-venture with SUEZ) phases and streamlines coordination between all the stakeholders.

Intrasec, the publisher of a collaborative platform, has been developing artificial intelligence solutions for over thirty years. These solutions are used to manage technical data of industrial sites and buildings during their operation and maintenance. The company supports many players in the pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical, water treatment and automotive sectors, including TotalEnergies, Sanofi, Renault, Elkem, etc.
Focusing on the key industrial challenges, Intrasec solutions guarantee traceability and integrity of a site's technical data through the digitization of business processes. They facilitate exchanges between the design office and maintenance, intelligent searches for information, and secure access for all stakeholders in technical premises or while on the move.
Since 2016, Kalidoc has supported the construction industry by providing business-specific on-site or remote expert services, acting as the sole technical adviser to all stakeholders. The company is in charge of project schedule management, the administration of EDMs and monitoring of validation channels to ensure asset compliance with respect to internal and regulatory directives.
